1. Introduction

Dream Photo (“we,” “us,” or “our”), operates the Dream Photo mobile application and related services (the “Service”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect your personal information when you use our Service.

By using the Service, you consent to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use the Service.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Account Information

When you create an account, we collect your email address, display name, and the authentication provider used (e.g., email/password, Apple Sign-In, or Google Sign-In).

2.2 User Content

When you use the editing features, we collect the photos you upload, the mask data (areas you paint for editing), and the text instructions you provide to describe the desired edit. If you use the voice input feature, your speech is converted to text on-device and only the resulting text is stored — we do not collect or store audio recordings.

2.3 Usage Data

We automatically collect information about how you use the Service, including features accessed, credits consumed, edits performed, and general interaction patterns.

2.4 Device Information

We may collect device type, operating system version, app version, and general diagnostic data (such as crash reports) to maintain and improve the Service.

2.5 Payment Information

We do not directly collect or store your payment card details. Subscription purchases are processed by Apple through In-App Purchase. We receive subscription status and transaction identifiers from Apple and our payment management provider (RevenueCat) but never your credit card number or billing address.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide the photo editing service, including processing your photos through AI.
• Manage your account, credits, and subscription status.
• Communicate with you regarding your account, support requests, and service updates.
• Improve and maintain the Service, including fixing bugs and analyzing usage patterns.
• Enforce our Terms of Use and protect the security of the Service.

4. AI Processing of Your Photos

To perform photo edits, your photos, mask data, and text edit instructions are sent to cloud-based artificial intelligence services (currently Google Gemini API) for processing. This data is transmitted securely and used solely to generate your requested edits.

We do not use your photos or edit instructions to train AI models. The AI processing is transient — your content is sent, the edit is generated, and the AI provider does not retain your photos for its own purposes. 5. Data Sharing and Third-Party Services

We share your information with the following third-party service providers, solely to operate and deliver the Service:

• Supabase — Authentication, database hosting, and secure file storage for your photos.
• Google Gemini API — AI-powered image processing to generate photo edits.
• RevenueCat — Subscription and in-app purchase management. RevenueCat receives anonymous user identifiers and purchase data.
• Expo — App framework services, including crash reporting and performance monitoring.
• PostHog — Product analytics to understand feature usage and improve the Service. Data collected is anonymized and not shared with third parties.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

6. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on cloud infrastructure provided by Supabase. All data is encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS. We implement database-level security controls, including Row Level Security, to ensure that users can only access their own data. While we take reasonable measures to protect your information, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Data Retention

We retain your account data and stored photos for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your personal data and stored photos are deleted immediately and cannot be recovered, except where we are required by law to retain certain information.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Access — Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Correction — Request correction of inaccurate personal data.
• Deletion — Request deletion of your account and associated data. You can delete your account and all associated data directly from within the app by navigating to Settings → Delete Account. Deletion is immediate and permanent, removing all your photos, edits, and account data instantly.
• Export — Request a copy of your data in a portable format.
• Opt out of marketing — Unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.

9. Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected personal data from a child under 13 without parental consent, we will take steps to delete that information promptly. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal data, please contact us at support@dreamphoto.app.

10. International Data Transfers

Your data may be processed and stored in countries other than your country of residence, including the United States and other locations where our service providers operate. By using the Service, you consent to the transfer of your data to these countries. We take appropriate safeguards to ensure your data is protected in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy on this page and updating the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
